This is our coconut water powder with freeze-dried coconut pieces carried through it, so the finished drink has visible texture rather than being a clear reconstituted liquid. It is aimed at products where the coconut needs to be seen as well as tasted, dessert mixes, textured beverages, and premium instant formats where a plain powder reads as too processed.

The base powder is the same maltodextrin-free coconut water powder we make in every other format. Nothing is added to carry or bulk it: the pieces are coconut, and the powder is coconut water.

Piece size and inclusion ratio are set per order. If you need a specific visual density in the finished product, send us the reference and we will match it.

Low-Heat Coconut Water Powder

The plain powder without inclusions: spray-dried at low heat, no maltodextrin, 30,000–45,000 mg/kg potassium. For blended and flavoured products.

Freeze-Dried Coconut Water Powder

No hot-air drying stage at any point, so reconstituted flavour stays closest to fresh tender coconut water. Worth the premium where coconut flavour is the product.

Powder with Real Coconut Meat
